Deliverability

Built to land in the inbox.

Sending an email is easy. Landing it in the inbox is the hard part. Mailfully pairs the Amazon SES sending substrate with the IP strategy, authentication, monitoring, and suppression hygiene that real deliverability requires.

IP pools: shared, dedicated, and warmed

IP reputation is the foundation of deliverability. We give you the right pool for your stage and ramp new IPs the right way.

Shared pools

Start on a curated shared IP pool with established reputation. Your low initial volume rides alongside other well-behaved senders, so you are not warming a cold IP from zero on day one.

Dedicated IPs

Move to a dedicated IP when your volume justifies it — your reputation is entirely your own, isolated from other senders. Available as a $29/mo add-on, or included on the Scale tier.

Automated warm-up

A new dedicated IP is ramped on a graduated schedule so mailbox providers build trust gradually. We pace volume against the warm-up curve instead of letting a burst torch a fresh IP.

Email authentication, aligned

Authentication is non-negotiable for modern deliverability. When you verify a domain, we walk you through publishing the DNS records and confirm alignment before you send.

DKIM
Every verified domain is set up with DKIM signing keys published in DNS. Messages are cryptographically signed so receivers can confirm they were authorized by your domain and not altered in transit.
SPF
We guide you to the correct SPF alignment for the sending domain (and a custom MAIL FROM subdomain) so receivers see an authorized path, which is required for DMARC alignment.
DMARC
With DKIM and SPF aligned to your domain, you can publish a DMARC policy and get aggregate reporting — the modern baseline mailbox providers increasingly expect from bulk senders.

Reputation monitoring

We continuously watch the signals that predict deliverability trouble — bounce rate, complaint rate, and the SES account reputation metrics — at both the per-org and account-aggregate level. When a metric trends toward a danger threshold, our tooling raises it early so a problem can be fixed before mailbox providers start throttling, not after.

Suppression handling

Hard bounces and complaints are automatically added to your suppression list, so you stop mailing addresses that damage your reputation. Suppressions are visible and manageable from the dashboard and the API — you can inspect, add, and remove entries, with a full audit of why each address was suppressed.

Deliverability is a practice, not a checkbox

Good list hygiene, honest opt-in, relevant content, and steady volume matter as much as any DNS record. Mailfully gives you the infrastructure and the visibility; the per-message debug logs mean that when something does go wrong, you can see the exact bounce reason or SMTP response and act on it.
