Pricing Questions
- What counts as an email?
- Each recipient. A message to five people counts as five. An address repeated in one message counts once. Emails you receive count toward the same monthly allowance.
- What happens at the monthly allowance?
- On Free, sending stops until next month. On a paid plan, emails over the allowance cost $0.40 per 1,000 emails, up to five times the allowance. Then sending stops. Mail you receive past the limit is kept but locked. It unlocks when usage is back under the limit. We email you at 80% and at 100%.
- Does test mode cost anything?
- No. Test mode is free on every plan and never counts toward your allowance.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. You only add a card when you choose a paid plan.
- Can I change or cancel a plan?
- Yes, from the dashboard, at any time. A canceled plan runs to the end of the paid period. The account then moves to Free.
- Can I send marketing email?
- Yes. Marketing email uses the same allowance, with no separate limit. We add the one-click unsubscribe headers.
- Where are your email servers?
- In the United States. We send your email from US servers and store your account data and email logs there.
